Come try out a morning class and start your day with movement and purpose. This multi-leveled class invites each practitioner to work at his or her own pace, allows gentle exploration of each pose and gives guidance toward expanding one’s abilities. All levels can enjoy the benefits of yoga when broken down into steps, breaths and attention.
