Larson returns to guide us through these winter months and help us decide: To Roast of Not To Roast. ?Lefty? will provide a mini-seminar on roasting, braising, pan-searing, and crock pot cooking techniques. We?ll learn how to select a good cut for these preparations. In this class we will sample a ?rainbow roast? and an amazing dish prepared in the crock pot. During our participation portion of the class we?ll prepare several fabulous dishes to round out these hearty winter meals.
