Participants leave with skills they can apply immediately to improve visibility, reach customers more effectively, and support business growth.  Sessions are intentionally small to encourage hands-on learning and discussion with an industry expert. Offered individually, they allow businesses to choose the training most relevant to their needs while making efficient use of time and resources. 

The SkillBooster Series strengthens staff capabilities, builds confidence, and supports retention by investing in relevant, locally focused training—maximizing the value of Chamber membership beyond networking alone.
